Description

For every episode of the HBO TV series "Tales From The Crypt" (based on the EC horror/scifi/crime comics), a comic book cover was created for each episode of the 93 episode series. Artist Mike Vosburg drew each of the covers. This is from the Tales From The Crypt TV Episode #60 "Well Cooked Hams". In a desperate attempt to spice up his act a hack turn-of-the-century magician (Billy Zane) kills his mentor (Martin Sheen) and steals his mentor's famed prop the Box of Death. Also starring Maryam d'Abo. Directed by Elliot Silverstein. Written by Andrew Kevin Walker. Air date: Nov.3rd, 1993. Source: Tales From The Crypt #27.
