DescriptionAs an editor, writer and artist, I think Carl Potts is the essence of the Copper Age Marvel Comics "company man". Yet, oddly enough, he's the author of The DC Comics Guide to Creating Comics: Inside the Art of Visual Storytelling. Potts mentored many artists who also left their marks on the Marvel brand. Among them, Arthur Adams, Jim Lee, Larry Stroman and Mike Mignola. Drawn on plain paper, the art appears to be ink and Copic markers. The Wasp was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. Social/Sharing |
