Description

Usagi Yojimbo and Spot by Stan Sakai done at Boston Comic Con 2016 Boston, MA. At first he was just going to draw on half the sidewards 11x17 paper because that's the size Stan normally works on but he really got into this one as his grandson and I watched intently. He added Spot, a dragon fly and the rest of the trees like it was nothing. All I asked for was Usagi under cherry blossoms.

I took this piece to Julie Sakai at Baltimore Comic Com 2019. She graciously agreed to add color. I was blown away with the result. One of the best decisions I ever made.
