Hibiscusy from "Codename: Sailor V" by boltplum

This was a sketch commission BP just finished for me.

Hibiscusy, or Hibiskos/Hibiscus, was a member of the Dark Agency's Hawaiian branch. She was head stewardess for their air travel program and sucked the energy generated by Japanese tourists. Her fight against Sailor V was kind of convoluted, in that V had no idea about her activities initially. Minako won a trip to Hawaii, but due to a mix-up she and her family ended up in Greece. Hibiscusy overhead police superintendent Sakurada talking about the mix-up and offered to bring Sakurada and her men to Greece in order to pick up Minako and her family. She tried to brainwash some poor schmuck into fighting V for her, but that failed and she was promptly killed.

The strange thing about Hibiscusy is that she bears a rather odd resemblance to Mimete from the Witches 5, which is disturbingly appropriate since Mimete was Sailor Venus's counterpart in the Witches 5.
