Description

An early Gilbert Palomar page with Carmen, Heraclio and the boys from Heartbreak Soup. This story and in particular, this page has some really nice elements. Great art and great writing from a master storyteller.

The old Beto-style seems so much more warm; it's more quick and brutal nowadays. Very nice page.

Thanks Suat. I couldn't agree with you more about his older style. I like all of his Palomar work from the first run but the early stuff really does it for me.
