DescriptionThis is a comic book, TMNT # 55, but this is the Retailer Incentive Kevin Eastman Fan Club Edition, available only to members of his fan club and limited to 500 copies. All issues are a general VF-NM grade but this issue has some minor spine dings or creases. Kevin donated it in 2016 to the non-profit Inkwell Awards. Additional thanks to Kevin's assistant Fiona Russell.Kevin Eastman is an American comic book artist/writer, best known as the co-creator (with Peter Laird) of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and co-founder of Mirage Studios. He was the founder of Tundra Publishing (1990-1993) and the Words & Pictures Museum (1992-1999). Since 1992, Eastman has been the editor and he remains the publisher of the iconic adult comic magazine, HEAVY METAL.
