Avengers Splash (See it and help solve the mystery!)

Here is a piece of original art that I've had for a very long time. It's an Avengers Splash page by the incredibly talented artist, Ken Landgraf. It looks A LOT like the Sal Buscema / Dave Hunt Splash page to Avengers #169 from 1977. Was this a try-out page for Landgraf? I've scanned the art, the cool reverse side with a wonderful Captain America portrait, as well as the printed splash for that comic. Anyone who can shed some light on this, please chime in on the comments. Thanks!
