Aquaman stand his ground and makes his case to the Justice League who believe that Atlantis is attacking the United States.

Interesting to note here that in the pencils and inks there were no rebreathers on Cyborg or Wonder Woman. In the published piece they were added.

The blank space at the bottom of the page is space for title and issue credits.
