"Wally" Wallgren - 1927 New Year's Resolution Comic Strip

Albian A. "Wally" Wallgren (1892-1948) was a major U.S. cartoonist during WWI. While stationed in France, Wallgren's cartoons appears in every issue of Stars and Stripes. He was WWI's Bill Mauldin, though Wallgren's cartoons didn't convey the dark humor of Mauldin's work. After the war, Wallgren worked primarily for the "American Legion Monthly", as well as having a couple of syndicated comic strips. This ink and ink wash piece appeared in the aforementioned magazine in 1927, as a New Year's resolution comic strip. It's the only ink wash piece that I've seen by Wallgren.
