DescriptionIn the months that have passed since Richard Rider acquired the mantle and powers of The Sphinx, Rich has used his abilities as a force for good. Other beings have been aware of this "New" Sphinx and the power he channels through the Ks-Stone he wears on his headdress.Other beings with not so good intentions.Three of them being the Terrible Trio,(Condor,Powerhouse and Diamondhead),who are planning a raid on The Sphinx upstate New York fortress. It may be a good time for the three to strike as the Gods of Egypt( Isis,Osiris and Horus),have transported The Sphinx to Egypt to decide whether he is worthy of possessing the Ka-Stone. Of course Richard Rider may have his own say in the matter. The Battle for the Ka-Stone begins here and kicks into high gear next issue with a boatload of the universe's(and other universes),most fearsome villains!The Sphinx with have his hands full if he's back in time! Maybe the best Heichel cover I've seen so far :) Great work all around on this one guys :)
