Description
I can't tell you how happy I am that Ben Reilly is back in the Marvel Universe as the Scarlet Spider once again -- even as warped and psychotic as he has become.
It's a dream come true for this nutty clone saga fan (that's right, I said it).

We also get Kaine and the Grim Hunter (Vladimir Kravinoff) on this cover.

Very cool Spidey cover by another 90's stalwart in Butler. I've always liked his style and you get some nice images on this cover. Bravo!

I never read this era of the title, and despite usually not being a fan of paneled covers, I have always been partial to this 3 vertical tiered layout for interior pages, and it works here as a cover as well. As great as "Kraven's Last Hunt" was, I was sorry to see Kraven the Hunter die, as he was always one of my favorite of Spidey's nemesis'. I can only assume the guy on the right is either Kraven's son or a clone? Either way, it's nice to see the classic "Kraven the Hunter" look again!

I'm with Ruben on the amount of value he gives to the layout. It reminds me of some epic advertisement you might see for a really monumental sporting event or significant concert. Giving each character the same amount of space on the cover allows you to appreciate each individual character more than the usual cover layouts would promote. So many great things about this cover!! You look at it and just know that some outstanding action is goin down inbetween the pages. Congrats on another extraordinary addition, Amigo!!
