Slim as he should be drawn- lean and wiry. Few artists are more definitive for the X-Men and with good reason. All your Smith pinups look like Handbook of The Marvel Universe entries- and they're all great!

I think that's why I like these Paul Smith sketches so much; they remind me of my childhood days reading the Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe. Smitty drew some beautiful pin-ups for the handbook. I remember his Dr. Strange, Clea, and Storm drawings in particular.

Heck yeah! I spent many a night reading those (long past bedtime, naturally!). They were like fantastic history lessons with incredible art! Smitty's work on those (his Doctor Strange in particular) were amazing.
