DescriptionAdam Warren is one of my very favourite creators, and empowered, a 'sexy superhero comedy' is one of the most consistently warm, witty, humane, exciting and just plan well drawn books out there. the adventures of warren's hapless superheroine Elissa Megan Powers (Emp), her slacker friends, cruel superhero co-workers and the galaxy of stupid and misguided villains is now in its tenth volume.Prelim for page 28, when Emp finally becomes a full-time super-homey! Warren produces all the art work (and scripts!), all rendered in a gorgeous soft pencil, his roughs being as magical as the final versions. I'm a true fanboy.
