DescriptionA cover of a manga book signed by one of the guru "horror" manga masters, Hideshi Hino. It dates from 1981 and is translated as "The Mysteries of the Fourth Dimension Gogora-Dodora. This is also published in “Hideshi Hino Complete Works” published in Japan, and in “The Art of Hideshi Hino” published in USA. Hino began publishing in 1967 in a magazine run by Tezuka. Since then, he has drawn from the sequels of war the raw material of a work in which horror is very present. Born in China while his parents were fleeing the war, Hideshi Hino's return to an apocalyptic Japan marked him forever. Hino, as evidenced by this cover, has thus become one of the leading leaders of horror in Japan.Social/Sharing |
