Description

My first commission, and it couldn't have been a more incredible experience, thanks to the gracious and talented Alan Kupperberg. Kupperberg took over from Frank Robbins on the original Invaders title, and he drew the issue that best expressed the relationship between these two heroes. I don't know if the creators intended it to be romantic, but I certainly read it that way, and Marvel has since made the Union Jack/Destroyer love story cannon.
