I got this piece from Alan Kupperberg many many years ago.
He did not let this piece go easy, per Alan this was the piece that got him the job at Marvel to draw this character, Howard the Duck. It has been in my collection for many years, but was never shared online. Hope you like it.

If anyone knows whether this piece was used in any publication, please let me know.

Great piece! Kupperberg was drawing HTD daily strips in 1978 as well, so this was in his wheelhouse at the time.
