DescriptionLove these early '90s statted covers, and Paul Ryan's run on Avengers is very memorable for me.That's when I started reading comic again after a long hiatus. I'm also happy with this piece because it's so hard to find nice Iron Man covers these days. In this thriller, in the bedrock beneath Metropolitan Hospital, the Avengers wage a fierce battle against the rampaging Lt. Ramskov, the powerful Chernobyl survivor. So great! This was my favorite Avengers team- with Sersi and the Black Knight and Crystal! Best of all, you got Paul doing Iron Man! As a huge Iron Man fan, I lament never having met Mr. Ryan- I loved his brief stint on IM and his great Space Armor design he made for the "Galactic Storm" crossover.
