Description"STRANGE CORNERS" - Gary Wray 24" x 36" Acrylics on canvas framed - Abstract/Science Fiction theme painting by the talented Gary Wray. Gary Wray was in comics from 1979 to 1994, starting with Charlton, Kitchen Sink and ended up doing self publishing in the alternative quadrant of the universe and finished with almost 400 published pages. His paintings and sculptures exhibit a very creative and unique vision with heavy influence from the 50s and 60s Sci-Fi and Monster movies and magazines. This work showcases the very dark hues that many artists choose to avoid. Subtle light tones seem to accent the landscape and let you appreciate what may be there.Social/Sharing |
