NYCC SE 2015

So I had arranged a single figure pre-con commission with Kevin over email as I was only able to attend the convention for one day. Unfortunately when I met up with him on-site, he didn't have anything for me as he had accidentally torn my piece while doing a little last minute touch up on the plane - d'oh!

Since I wasn't going to be able to do a pickup, we discussed the possibility of a larger take-home commission, such as one of his (in)famous Justice League #1 variations. "I think I've done nearly every super group in existence at this point", he goes. "... what about Captain Carrot and the Zoo Crew", I reply. "...OK, you got me there."

Featuring Captain Carrot, Yankee Poodle, Fastback, Alley-Kat-Abra, 'lil Cheese, Pig Iron and Rubberduck.

Classic! So good. SO good. SO, SO GOOD! Hands down, my favorite version of his JL #1 covers (most likely including the original. :) ). Awesome pick up and story. :)
