Description

After about 15 years on the award winning Strangers in Paradise, a crime and relationship drama, Terry Moore decided to try his hand at other genre's: SciFi (Echo) and horror (Rachel Rising).

I really enjoyed both and have a few Echo pieces (Julie in the desert and a sketch that echos the cover to Echo 14).

I also have a sketch that was to be part of my 60th birthday sketchbook, but Terry and Kathy couldn't work out the transfer so he just did a 11x15 drawing of Rachel for me. Wow!

Anyway, one day I saw this the posting on his FB page, Terry Moore Art, Terry (or probably Robyn) wrote:

Just posted for sale this lovely drawing of Zoe, Jack, & Malus. from Rachel Rising. This is one of the 3 drawings that did not sell at SDCC, so I brought it home like a wet orphan and gave it some TLC pencil love. Now she's a beautifully rendered finished drawing that deserves a loving home. Available now. Click the link and give this sweet, lovely little child a home.

I happened to be on FB at the right moment and grabbed it. I like Zoe. She's a sweet girl if also a possessed, mass murderer. So, Enjoy!

P.S. The gentleman in the mirror is Malus - a demon who once inhabited Zoe. The blade she carries is called Jack (as in the Jack the Ripper) and once belonged to Satan.

Love the art but I love the way that you have integrated your family into so many cool pieces. The family that "collects art together, stays together ".... LOL
