Description

For years I enjoyed Cantero's contribution on the satirical magazine El Jueves, where he worked both as a fresh and clever writer and as a funny caricature artist.

He had already published a couple of little novels, but a few years ago he decided to focus into writing and in 2014 Double Day published "The Supernatural Enhancements", a really entertaining and movie-esque take on the haunted house topic that turned out to be really great.

In 2017 he published "Meddling Kids", which is (IMO) even better since it preserves what made "TSE" so cool (freshness, dinamism, a non-stop pace, mistery, movie-like narrative and funny geek and pop culture jokes), but improves it with better characters and a nice plot that plays with the genre and feels like a tribute at the same time.

On this Double Day ex-libris, he sketched the 5 main characters of "MK", the Blyton Summer Detective Club. Cool!
