Description

This was a long ordeal, so we’ll try to keep it short. November 13, 2017, we contacted Chiaroscuro Studios about this page to purchase. It was available, so we went for it. Weeks dragged on as we continued to wait for the page to ship. We inquired about getting the promised tracking number and kept getting responses of “It got lost for a few days” and “posting problems.” Finally, on January 17, 2018, we received the long-awaited tracking number and two days later the package arrived with the WRONG PAGES inside! The package had someone else’s 4 pages in it and not our one page. After a couple of more weeks of getting that sorted out, and the other guy to finally ship our correct page to us, we have the page we wanted in our collection. We will say that Chiaroscuro Studios was helpful in rectifying this situation, but it was also a situation of their own making through carelessness and incompetence.

So, if you are thinking about buying a page from Chiaroscuro Studios, you better think long and hard if it’s the right move for you. We would not recommend it.

Sorry to hear about your ordeal in getting this page.

I can say that I have ordered from Chiaroscuro Studios several times in the past few years and have NEVER had any issues.
