DescriptionAs you may have noticed, I'm a bit obsessed with the Sh'iar Imperial Guard. I prefer the earlier Dave Cockrum appearances, but couldn't resist this double-cover from their 1997 mini-series when it was up for sale.On this unusually sadistic cover, the Imperial Guard are on Earth, being tortured in various painful ways. I guess the Comics Code Authority was sleeping on the job. I've included a scan of the published cover for reference. Social/Sharing |
