Jade 2.0

Given that my original drawing accidentally went to the wrong client and that individual took it and ran instead of mail it back, I had to quickly create a replacement. The silver lining is it forced me to try some new tricks. The yellow-green tones weren't the real challenge; mimicking the natural fluidity of the waves presented a challenge. With minimal warm grey tones, graphite pencil and even Unibal white gel to simulate the froth interacting with Jade's legs. Etched on 9 x 12" Beinfang paper with mixed media.
