Description

This item is original inked art as published by Marvel Comics for Guardians of the Galaxy V.1 #6 page 8 (1990). It features Guardians members Starhawk and Aleta. It is penciled by artist Jim Valentino and inked by artist Steve Montano. The page comes with a tracing paper overlay so that some special fx (turning ink lines/shapes into color, known as surprint and a color hold) could be printed at the time pre-Photoshop. This original art was donated by Spencer Beck of the Artists' Choice to support the non-profit Inkwell Awards at the 2018 East Coast Comicon.
