From the Ebb-Tide storyline.

Whaaat ?? A Carol Day strip that takes place outside ?? In sunlight? None of David Wright's trademark intense crosshatching ? Could anyone really blame him for (maybe) taking a break ? Well, he earned it.

I think that's what makes this strip special.

Wright still spotted the blacks to make things "pop".
