DescriptionAnother great page from Phoenix Resurection by Carlos Pacheco.Here we have the X-Men instantly reacting to finding a menacing Magneto in their home. He does a great job at showing their surprise in the first opening panel. I love the second panel as Magneto does not seem to even register these as threats. Longshot is throwing his metal blades at him per reflex and he will learn it is not a very good idea. The last panel in which Iceman stops them with an ice shield is fantastic. The fact that they penetrate so far in it shows the force used by the villain to throw them back at his opponents. Great storytelling and action from Carlos. You will notice that Warlock has been erased in the published version (see below). Social/Sharing |
