Description

Flashback to 1992, a quarter of a century ago !!
Marvel has just launched its 2099 series of titles, which will eventually include Spider-Man, X-Men, Punisher, Doom and Ravage.

I had started reading comics again in the summer of 1990, and the whole "2099 movement" was a huge part of my reintroduction back into the Marvel Universe. The memories of those titles & stories have stuck with me throughout the years, and I was so happy when not too long ago, Miguel O'Hara (Spidey 2099) found his way into the regular Marvel Universe for more exciting adventures.

In the next few months, I will be posting some fun 2099 covers and interiors, beginning with this cool X-Men 2099 cover by Lim and Kubert. I really like how the action flows from top to bottom in this image.
