Once again, Damon leads and I follow. Thank you, good sir, for never steering me wrong.

This commission is by artist Steve Erwin, who you will know from his work on Checkmate, Deathstroke, Teen Titans, Star Trek and many other titles. Steve has done an excellent job re-imagining this page that tells the origin story of Maynard Tiboldt - aka the Ringmaster. I am particularly taken with the bottom-left panel that packs in a ton of stuff, including Spider-Man, Hulk, Daredevil, and key members of the Circus of Crime (Princess Python, the Gambonos, Cannonball and the Crafty Clown).
