DescriptionI had the idea to get one of the Turbo Rangers from Jamie after remembering the sketch she did of Turbo from "Wreck-It Ralph" for my friend Andreas. For that same reason I had Jamie draw him declaring "Turbotastic!" Justin was the best fit because he was the only Turbo Ranger who wasn't replaced and because he's easily the one everybody remembers from that season.He replaced Rocky as the Blue Ranger after Rocky got injured in a match. Justin was the only Turbo Ranger who didn't flee into space with the others at the end of the season, and briefly teamed up with his former teammates after they became the Space Rangers.
