I love these early primitive pages that are the blueprints of the Marvel Universe as we know it 50 years later. Spider -Man (well, a robot) asks to join the Avengers. Classic stuff...Stone inks are appropriately retro!

A wonderful page of real history Rob. Chic Stone is a great inker for Don Heck, polishing and tightening his looser pencil style.
