Description

Hard to believe we're up to Volume 5 of the Amazing Spider-Man, and already four issues in!

Seems to take less and less time to get to the next volume.

Good ol' Volume 1 had 441 issues, and Volume 2 had 259 issues, bringing us to issue #700. Then we had a little hiatus with Superior Spider-Man (33 issues), but they still count! Peter Parker returned in Volume 3 (20 issues), and then we had Volume 4, with 45 issues, bringing us to issue #801.

There was some mucking about along the way with temporary returns to Volume 1 numberings, and the math doesn't quite work out, but you know Marvel ...

ANYWAY ... I love huge images like the one on this cover, and Shane Davis did the Web-Swinger proud here.

Here's hoping I can score one of the Amazing Spider-Man #900 covers!

I prefer the old school legacy numbering but I'm glad you made the attempt to count all the issues. I gave up after a few mins of trying. This cover is in your face amazing, congrats!!
