SOLD AT AUCTION FOR $8,112!

Large 26.5x31.25" frame contains painted original art for DC Comics' 2003 treasury size prestige format comic featuring the Justice League of America, this being the final one-shot in a series of six prestige format comics featuring DC Comics' pantheon of superheroes. Art has been attractively matted to 12.5x17.5" and features three diagonal format panels, showing wonderfully rendered paintings of scene in the Batcave, w/Batman, The Atom (who stands on Batman's shoulder), Wonder Woman and Aquaman looking at monitors showing scenes of chaos around the world. Middle panel shows same scene, only viewed over the heroes' shoulders, offering a clearer view of the monitors. Third panel shows Superman joining them in the Batcave (Atom is not visible in this panel. Brass name plate under art reads "Alex Ross - Liberty And Justice - Original Art." NM and ready for display. Amazing example of Ross's photorealistic art that has made in one of the most popular comic artist of the modern era.
