Description

Stunningly detailed and elegantly drawn Tarzan strip by Alex Nino, signed and dated 1973. A real beauty. I've been told Alex did this strip as a sample for Russ Manning to show he could work in his style when Manning was packaging Tarzan comics in his house style for overseas publishers. Alex did get some work out of his samples, so there was a happy ending.

Majestic daily! Manning is the only Tarzan artist Nino wouldn't outshine with this daily.
