Space Prisons of fFlar

One of the best examples of Powers biomorphic abstract style. This is a huge piece and makes quite a statement in the room! This late 70's painting was featured in Powers portfolio collection Spacetimewarp (a collection of his "fFlar" pieces) and has been reproduced many times. It served as the frontis for Easton Press "Man Plus" by Fred Pohl. It also appeared in Infinite Worlds and The Art of Richard Powers.
