Daredevil # 154 1978, Page 31.
Always loved the romantic pages so to me, the last two panels are what made this page worth the purchase.
This is Nostalgia at its best, DD is my favorite superhero since i was a kid and the Colan/Leialoha duo was one of the finest to work in this long run.
My humble homage to Stan's greatness.
