The Legion of Super-Heroes by Franco Aureliani

I've been a fan of Franco's work ever since I first encountered his work (along with frequent collaborator Art Baltazar) on Patrick the Wolf Boy. Those comics are a ton of fun, and I was delighted to see Franco and Art follow that work with Tiny Titans and Aw Yeah Comics! Anyway, someone on Facebook shared this drawing in one of the Legion groups there, and when I clicked on it for details, I saw that it was for sale. A few minutes and a quick PayPal transaction later, it was mine sweet mine. Franco drew the Legion founders here in a variety of costumes, including Lightning Lad (or Boy, as he was called in his first appearance) in his original outfit, which is so rare to see! And check out those lightning effects on Garth's hands! Anyway, this is a great, fun piece that I was happy to add to my collection. Thanks, Franco, for the smooth transaction!
