Description

According to Alex, he was commissioned some time ago to come up with two G.I. Joe: The Movie (1987) sequential pages to be used as part of a pitch to adapt the classic cartoon movie into comics. Sadly, nothing more was heard of the project but Alex was nice enough to let me buy the pages from him.

This page—the first of two—is based on the 3:06 minute opening sequence of the 1987 film.

Purchased from Alex Sanchez (and signed) during Day 1 of New York Comic Con held at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center last October 4, 2018.
