DescriptionReally nice art- piece is in two pieces and hinged on back with tape- unsigned and undated my guess is late 30's early 40's - has blue pencil shading and numbers that Think related to panel position within the Joe Palooka comic book- a lot of the comic strip art was cut up and reformatted by Harvey when they did the comic book and this came out of the Harvey Warehouse decades ago.Ham Fisher was notorious for not doing a lot of the art on the strip- this is unsigned and frankly better drawn than anything i have seen by Fisher!
