Description

I came across Jenny Frison's work fairly recently, and it didn't take long for me to find great appreciation and a desire to own an original. In conducting my research, as I do with any art purchase, I learned that her artistic influences (Mucha, Leyendecker, NC Wyeth, James Jean) came from not only within the industry, but throughout art history. I appreciate that because I look at these things as part of the greater art world. I likely won't ever read the source material for this comic book, so nostalgia will not likely ever be in play for me with this piece. I just love it for what it is.
