"Beat the Hsiffies! Buy Bonds!"

In this excellent page, we find two of Dave's greatest character creations whom we get to enjoy in so many funny incarnations over the years. In only the second of his many superhero parody appearances, Artemis/Roach in his latest delusional fever has assumed the antennaed identity of "Captain Cockroach", who along with Elrod the Albino as "Bunky" his faithful sidekick, is spreading propaganda and taking money from gullible citizens. Sounds like the type of misguided misadventure we would come to expect from these two. All the while Cerebus looks on bemused.
