DescriptionI had been eyeing this page for years and finally bit the bullet. I discovered Bachalo's work in the mid-nineties through the dutch translations of Generation X that I bought at the newsstand. Been in love ever since. Witching Hour holds a special place in my heart. That mini-series just captured my imagination. Jeph Loeb writes a dreamlike story that rewards rereading. Bachalo's art is so good on it. Making use of a lot of his xerox-techniques. Combined with very crisp inkwork by Art Thibert. An underrated book, and some great work by Bachalo. I've owned a couple of pages from this over the years.
