DescriptionFirst two pages from DRIFTER by Sam Glanzman. I was unable to find any information on this series online but to my recollection it was a web comic which Sam briefly drew and features Western and supernatural themes in its storyline. No idea if these actually ever appeared anywhere. The pages were drawn in the early 90s and are excellent examples of Glanzman’s work!Condition: The splash is signed by Sam Glanzman. Both originals measure 11” x 17” and is are in Excellent condition. Note: The pages are whiter than they appears in the scan. The scanner I’m using is giving it a yellowish tinge. A living legend, Sam Glanzman, is truly a man who needs no introduction. His career has spanned over 50+ years from the Golden Age of Comics to the present day. Some of the series bearing his unique style are KONA, US.S. STEVENS, JUNGLE TALES OF TARZAN, HAUNTED TANK, COMBAT, HERCULES, ATTU, JONAH HEX, A SAILOR’S STORY and hundreds of short stories for various comics.. Social/Sharing |
