Description

One of Marvel's earliest super-powered Western characters was the outlaw Hurricane, seen here in his second appearance battling the original Ghost Rider. This story was originally to have appeared in Ghost Rider #8, but the title was canceled before this story was completed. As a result, the first five pages were inked by Vince Colletta, and the remaining five (including this one) were inked by penciler Dick Ayers. Signed by writer Gary Friedrich and penciler/inker Dick Ayers in the lower margin.

Great acquisition. Dick was Marvel's best western artist.
