DescriptionOlivier's run on Thor is littered with these amazing double page spreads. Loved the action on this, featuring Sif and Thor. Sometimes, these sequential panels really are nicer than a full page splash.Though I don't usually collect Thor pages, I've been so enamored with Coipel's pencils and Mark Morales' inks, I had to grab this when the opportunity presented itself. You’re right about the Coipel spreads - he’s one of the best in recent years! Great example here, and the work on Thor carried right into Unworthy Thor - some great ones there, too. Congrats!

What a treasure - BEAUTIFUL page - and I'm right with you about how great a DPS can be in storytelling/narrative terms when utilized by a wonderful artistic team... Immonen / vonGrawbadger is another favorite, but it's hard to beat Coipel / Morales, no question (and this is a brilliant example why...).
