Sean Phillips' Marvel Zombies #5 pages 2 & 3 (Marvel, 2006). Marvel Zombies was one of the most successful mini-series Marvel put out in the first decade of the 21st Century and led to 10 successful sequels. Set in an alternative Marvel continuity, the series follows the spread of a zombie plague through the Marvel Universe, infecting Earth's mightiest heroes and villains. On this double page splash by the great Sean Phillips from the fifth issue of the original mini-series, zombie versions of Marvel's greatest villains use their combined powers to bring down no less than the devourer of worlds himself, Galactus. The villains line-up includes Doctor Doom, Green Goblin, Juggernaut, Venom, Doctor Octopus, Stilt-Man and Super-Skrull. Phillips' art is superb here like always.
