DescriptionFortune smiled on me once again as my friend Hector gave me the head's up that Alessandro Micelli would be at MegaCon this year. A quick email and Ale was on board to deliver this beauty at the show. Ale was fun and personable and Hector and I camped out with him while he finished up this piece and we gave our weary legs a break at the show. I can't recommend him enough. I'm such a sucker for pieces with heavy use of black. But just because an artist slaps a ton of ink on something, doesn't mean it's a slam dunk. They still have to know what they're doing. This is a great example of getting it right. Absolutely gorgeous piece! Another instant fave for me. Congrats buddy!

Thanks, Eric! Ale is definitely a wizard with an ink brush. Watching him work on this was a sight to see.
