DescriptionAnd over 25 years later, the third page comes home. When I bought pg. 7 (my first ever page of art) from Jim Warden, he picked up this page from Byrne too because he thought I might want it, but I passed. It showed up on ebay 10-15 years later, but I didn't like the price, which had gone up 5x. Another 10 years later, it popped up at HA in this summer's auction, and I landed it for a mere 20x what I would have paid in 1992. Oh well - I sold another page to a friend who had wanted it forever and my cost basis is back to 1992 dollars - that's the comic art market for you. The only thing I regret about not buying it all those years ago is it has aged a bit worse than the other two. Social/Sharing |

What a great sequence - it has to be so fun to see them all together!

This is what She hulk is known for. I wish they could put this in a movie somehow but don't think it would take well to the screen

I do wonder how they're going to handle the cheeky, ironic humor in the announced show. AH's suggestion of Tina Fey & CGI is perfect, so hopefully they can get that vibe with someone who they could actually land.

From what I heard, Rosario Dawson wants the role as well. I would prefer Rosario over Fey.

Completing the sequence is so worth it (but that’s me with zero cost basis or time invested)! Love your comment about the OA market.

I love the size of her hair! :D
Great pages Andy! Really cool art. I love how Byrne has used rulered-out pencil lines like screen. It's a neat effect.

Congrats! What a great story and sequence! Lovely artwork and execution, with the upside down Shulkie and all... Glad this one finally found its way home!
