Thor issue 40 page 12 by Stuart Immonen and Scott Koblish

I think I have professed my admiration of Stuart Immonen's talent enough on CAF. 8 ) I really liked this female version of Thor, the page layout is super and all the guest stars made for a nostalgic page that needs to go up on my Thor wall. Very happy when this popped up on HA. Also check out the cool Lady Sif Scott drew on the back. Here is their write up-

Created in ink over blue pencil on Marvel Bristol board, with an image area of 10.5" x 15.5". Signed in lower left. There is faint marginal smudging; and soft handling wear. In Excellent condition.
