Love how Hawkgirl is totally "going postal" in the background of panel's 1 and 2 then all chill in panel 3

I fondly recall my dinners with Joe Giella. Some of which were just him and myself. We talked for hours about carpentry and surprisingly 1960-2000 Network News Anchors.

Frank, my condolences on your family's loss. Your Dad was a great person! Please take solace in all the good memories.

Such a cool page! Giella definitely elevated this page and the industry as a whole with his rock steady artistry throughout its most formative years of the silver and bronze age.

This is great to see. This issue of Wonder Woman is one of my favourite comics because it had everything in it: funeral of Steve Trevor, his unknown villianous brother, secret organisations with increasingly long acronym/names, and Hawkgirl trying to be a friend rather than just an ally. I was the perfect age for it to blow my mind when I first read it.

I am fortunate to own the page before this one where Wonder Woman and Hawkgirl smash through the window (Joe Giella's ink work on it is extraordinary).
